Revenue Leak Check for Roofing Owner-Operators

Every roof has a weak point. So does every sales process. Let's find yours.

Revenue leak check for roofing owner-operators.

Most roofing companies don't lose business to competitors — they lose it to leaks nobody's watching. Get a free check for the leads, calls, and estimates quietly leaking out of your business before they ever become a job — from a seasoned business growth and technology expert.

Here's a real revenue leakage example: One roofing company's paid ad phone number just... rang. And rang. Meanwhile, their free listing worked fine. Every call that came in through the ad they were paying for went nowhere — and their own team had already heard from more than one caller that it happened to them too. That's not a marketing problem or a sales problem. That's a leak. And it's the kind that hides in plain sight until someone actually checks.

How It Works

1. A free call with me. No pitch, just questions. Most of what I need to know, I can find out here.

2. I look at what's public. Your ads, your listings, your website, your reviews — the same way a customer finds you. No access needed for this part.

3. If there's more to check, we sign an NDA first. Sometimes the call points to something I can only see from inside your systems. If that happens, we put a standard NDA in place before I look at anything — never after.

4. I do the check and write up what I find. Plain English, not a slide deck built to impress you.

5. We meet again and go through it together. There are three honest outcomes to this meeting: nothing's leaking, and you walk away with nothing to buy. Something's leaking, and what I hand you is enough to fix it yourself. Or something's leaking and you'd rather I fix it — that's where I come in, if you want it.

What We Look At

Where leaks usually hide:

  • The phones — do your paid numbers actually ring through, every time, to a real person?
  • The follow-up — how many estimates went quiet this month, and for how long?
  • The handoff — does a lead ever sit in limbo between "someone called" and "someone followed up"?
  • The story your team tells — do two people on your crew describe your sales process the same way, or differently?
  • The numbers — can you say, right now, how many leads came in last week, where they came from, and what the next step is to close them?

What You Get

A short, plain-English list of what's leaking and roughly what it's costing you — not a 40-page report nobody reads. If the fix is a five-minute setting change, we'll tell you that too. No pitch buried inside it.

Why Free

If you don't have leaks, you don't need anything from us — and now you know that for certain instead of guessing. If you do, we'll map out exactly what it'd take to fix them, so you can decide how to move forward on your own terms. If you want help from there, that's where we come in. If you don't, that's fine too.

Self-Check

Quick check — how many of these are true right now?

  • Calling your own paid ad number doesn't go the same way as calling your main line
  • An estimate has sat untouched for over a week sometime in the last month
  • A customer has mentioned "I tried calling a few times" before they reached you
  • Nobody could tell you, today, how many leads came in last week
  • You've said "we should really look into that" about your systems more than once

3 or more checked? You've got at least one real leak. Let's find it.

FAQ

Do I need to switch CRMs for this? No. This isn't about selling you new software — it's about finding out what's actually leaking in what you've already got, or in the gap where you don't have anything at all.

How long does this take? The check itself takes us a few days on our end. Your time is one short call.

Is this actually free? Yes. If there's a real fix worth paying for, we'll say so plainly — but the check itself costs you nothing but a conversation.

What if we don't track leads at all right now? That's useful information on its own — and often the fastest leak to plug.
