Message from the Founder

My career started in sales. I loved the freedom of the road, meeting people face-to-face, and learning how to listen and present solutions that really helped. But I also saw how messy and overwhelming the business side of sales could be — leads slipping through the cracks, missed follow-ups, and too much time wasted on paperwork.
That experience shaped everything I’ve done since—building systems that reflect how sales actually works, not how tools promise they should.
At Ascend, my work focuses on stepping into complex HubSpot environments and making them usable again—cleaning up data, aligning pipelines to real sales behavior, and putting structure in place that teams can actually maintain. The goal isn’t more tools or activity. It’s clarity, trust in the system, and momentum that lasts.
