  • Data and tech review: Share access to relevant systems, plans, processes, and documents so we can define the scope of work.

Business Review Meeting (60-minute meeting)

  • Business review: Clarify the current approach, business growth plan, requirements, and wish list
  • Set goals: Identify SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) and milestones

Assessment and Plan Development

  • Once we gather information and verify we are on the same page, we get busy doing strategic thinking!

Assessment and Plan Review (60-minute meeting)

  • Strategy and scope of work: Review our recommended strategies, steps, and processes to activate HubSpot and move from the current state to the desired future state.
  • Roles and responsibilities: Identify who has the time and skills to complete the onboarding steps.
