Ascend Business Growth is a sales and marketing consulting agency. We specialize in using HubSpot to build sales and marketing systems that improve business growth. We provide strategic plans, technology setup (HubSpot implementation, migration, integrations, and other related services), website development & SEO, ongoing lead generation content and campaigns, sales enablement, and lead follow up.
As an SMDR, your mission is to create and build relationships with target prospects using strong interpersonal and communication skills across various remote channels (email, social media, phone, video, etc.). You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and SE to develop sales plans, scripts, sequences, and other sales content. Your role is to identify target accounts, qualify engaged prospects and leads, set introductory appointments, and assist the SE throughout the sales process.
Ascend Business Growth is a virtual company, meaning everyone works from their home. As an SMDR, most of your work time will be at your personal computer workstation in your home, researching prospects, contacting prospects, or in online meetings. The hours are flexible as long as the work gets done, and the outcomes are positive.
- College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Work full-time, 40 hours per week
